TheFurnitureShop.ca is a company based in Winnipeg, MB that started in February 2022.

• What are the shipping costs? 

Based on the shipping address, there are different price zones. When you enter your address in the checkout, the system will calculate in which zone you are. You might need a quote if you are 200 km + from our warehouse. We deliver within 200KM of the Winnipeg location and within 50km of Brandon only.

• What has been your response to COVID 19?

We take additional steps that go beyond current Government Regulations in an effort to ensure a clean environment.

• What is your policy on returns?

If an item does not meet your expectations, when it is delivered or picked-up at the warehouse, as long as it is in the original condition, we will accept the return and issue a store credit.

However, there are certain items that cannot be returned, such as:

• Gift cards

• Items marked “Final Sale” on the description page.
• Last Chance and Handyman Collections

• One item of a bundle (ie: table and chairs)

• Assembled items (ie: Bed frame)

Please note:  delivery charges paid on the order will not be refunded.

• Full refund if damages occur as a result of delivery by no fault of the customer.

• My email address has changed, how do I update it?

When you log in into your account, you can access your personal information and change you email address.

• What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Debit and cash.

• The item I want is out of stock, what do I do now?

We receive new furniture every week! Be sure to sign up for our newsletter at the top of your screen to stay on top of our Newest Arrivals.

• Why should I subscribe to your e mail subscription? 

To be aware of the new arrivals as soon as they are online! We also send promotions and special events to our subscribers.
